Editing quest question

I possess on my system the enjoyable mod Isobel and The Adventurers Guild and its quest starts up on a new game, the only one to do it. Now I want the quest to start either invisible (nothing in journal) or only when player enters the guild hall cell.

Nothing I tried works. I might have to try adding a trigger box and making a script but I usually have trouble compiling scripts, but if that is the way then I will attempt.

I request guidance from someone who knows the way.
