[Mod request] Firearm reload animations not restarting from the beginning

I don't know if this is possible if not ignore this but I would really like not have to restart a reload animation from the beginning because I have to dodge a grenade, getting to cover or immediately have to heal despite slapping in a new mag and racking the slide only to be redo it because interrupted it 1/10 of a second too soon I mean seriously I shouldn't have an empty mag magically reappear in my gun

This is SUPER stupid that the game doesn't have staged reloads, and running cancels it. I had a situation where I ran out of ammo, and had to switch guns. So, when I ran out again, the only option was to reload while dodging attacks. Every time I moved to avoid damage, it would cancel the reload, and I would maker it all the way through to the point my character was cycling the charging handle to chamber the round, and run cancelling while mid cycle made it so I had to drop the full mag already inserted, and replay the entire reload animation. This is a HUGE oversight IMO.

I've been looking in the files at reloading values, and you can speed it up easy, but I've yet to figure out how to make it save the reload "status" for staged reloads if cancelled early.
