Most of these seem more suited for fallout3, but they are good, although some (about 4 or 5) are kinda generic. I'm not a lore nazi though, so I'd use them if they were oblivion mods.

 

The ones i like the most are 7, 12, 20, 23, 24, and 34. I like more than that, but the others that are pretty good would make even better FO3 mods.
