Can't Run Fallout 3

I recently bought Fallout 3 and have been trying to run only basic mods on the game (unofficial patch, anniversary patcher, and associates) and have followed the instructions for each but now the game will only either insta-crash or be stuck on a black screen (sometimes accompanied by music). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, the game, and MO2 (loaded LOOT, FO3Edit, and FOSE in there as well) and still nothing. Idk what I'm doing wrong but it's driving me crazy, I don't want TTW or any other mods I just want the game to work. Screenshots of game folder included but lmk if any other info is needed.

Do a clean reinstall. Uninstall the game via steam, if you are using a mod manager, purge all mods first..... then manually delete the install folder (in steamapps\common) the folder in your documents folder, and also the folder in appdata\local. (hidden folder, have to turn on show hidden files to get that one.) Once that is all done, restart your machine, (just for giggles) and reinstall the game. Start just the base vanilla game, to make SURE that it actually runs. Once that happens, then you can add some mods.
