Transparent buildings in the Strip

Hello! Hope you're having a good day.

Just got to The Strip by monorail and realized that the top of The Tops's building is transparent, so its the gate to the north part of The Strip (third cell) and the exterior building of Vault 21.

I deactivated antialiasing and anisotropic.

I use FOMM and been trying to deactivate all mods and loading an level 1 save, but the problem still persist. Any idea of what could it be?

Your load order is mis-arranged. note that there's several other esm between FNV esms.

OldWorldBlues.esm

See which is troublesome mods? And THAT is at first glance. 

At 2nd glance

FalloutNV_lang.esp

This sucker should stand at lowest priority number of its group (esp), aka right below the highest priority ESM. Currently it stand at high prior, which can cause certain bugs.

Hey man thank you for helping me with this i really appreciate it.

Reading your comment and looking on Reddit made me realize that my load order is indeed, kind of sh#t, so i read all the descriptions on the pages of mods that i downloaded and made sure that i placed the mods in the order they are intended to be. Mods such as the "uncut" types doesnt seem to have a 'order' themselves. The rest i sorted it as YUP page says: first .esm, then .esp

The problem still persist. I tried using the console to 'disabe' the object and purge the cell, but neither worked. And i checked the mods and none of them messes with the meshes/textures of the buildings in the Strip, only add items to some places, like 'Uncut Wasteland', but thats it.

Maybe i should reinstall with Viva and MO2. Because at this point i don't know what the issue may be.
