As for your question, for Alchemy you need either an Alembic, Mortar & Pestle, Calcinator, or one other item I can't seem to remember the name of for some reason. Just drag them onto the picture of your character in the inventory window and a menu will pop up. Click each of the four boxes in turn and click the ingredients that pop up (it'll display all the ones currently in your inventory). If two have the same effect, then they'll combine and make the effect appear in the right-hand box. Saltrice and Marshmerrow for instance will make a Restore Health effect. Once that happens it's just a case of hitting the "Create" button and you'll make the potion. That's the basics of it. You can buy a journeyman's mortar & pestle from Ajira in the Balmora Mages Guild (lower floor).

Armorer is simple, just drag an apprentice's/journeyman's etc hammer onto your character and a menu will pop up with all repairable items. You can buy them from most armorers (like Meldor in Balmora). If you need more just sleep for 24 hours and he'll have restocked.

Enchanting is a little bit more complicated. First you need a soultrap spell or scroll (you can by Fphyggi's Gem-Feeder scrolls from Galbedir in the Balmora Mages Guild upper floor). Next you need at least a petty soul gem in your inventory (these can be found as low level loot in crates in caves etc). Now you need to find an enemy that will fit into your soulgem... petty ones can take weak creatures like rats, perhaps a kagouti. Lesser ones can take alits, tougher stuff. Common can take Dremora and some of the lesser daedra and undead. There are even greater strengths than those but you don't need to worry about them yet. Anyway, find say, a rat, and cast the Fphyggi's scroll on it, then kill it within the 60 second (I think it's 60 seconds, whatever it says on the scroll) time limit and it'll get trapped in your soulgem. After that you drag the soulgem onto your character and a menu will pop up - just select the item you want to enchant (weapons and armour are the only valid things, as well as plain paper for your own, if weak, spell scrolls) and select an effect from the menu on the left (you need the corresponding spell in your inventory to enchant it) and then choose a magnitude by clicking the effect in the right menu. Careful not to choose anything too difficult at first, with low level enchanting powerful effects will always fail, and you'll lose your soulgem.

With all of these you need the corresponding skills at a decent level to have a good success rate. Early on you're going to fail a lot.

*Pant pant* well that's the basics anyway. Hope that's been a help! :P
