What does "Discussions" mean on the mod page...?

If i go to look at my mods on Nexus, the ones I've made, i can see certain statistics about them like how many downloads they have or how many comments
but one thing confuses me, and its the number of "Discussions" my mod has, picture attached, but occasionally I see some of my mods have 0 discussions and some have 1 or more

but if i try and click that, it doesn't lead anywhere? it just leads to my public mod pages, and there's no tabs or anything showing "discussions" only showing comments, which is a separate thing from "discussions"

So, what are discussions? where are they? how do I find them?
is it just that there's a forum discussion, somewhere, somehow, out there that talks about my mod? If so, how can I Find it?

I just have no clue Where to find what this is talking about or what it means

'Discussions' are the Forum tab on your mod. 'Comment Topic' is the Posts tab.

You can enable or disable the Forum and Posts tabs if you go to the 'Permissions' of your mod and look under 'Commenting and discussion'. There are 4 options there:

• A single comment topic and no discussion tab - This enables only the Posts tab.
• A single comment topic and a discussion tab - This enables both the Posts and Forum tabs.
• Just a discussion tab - This enables only the Forum tab.
• No comments - This disables both tabs.
