mmasich
While they look ok, there are always some previs problems with most of them, even with no other mods installed. At this particular location, settlers and the dog keep getting stuck underground beneath the added red rocket, drowning over and over. It's too bad, it makes it unusuable as a settlement. pepperman35
Likely, most of those mods were made for pre-gen version of the game and you are playing on next gen. In other words, they may or may not be compatible.

samuraitech
Look for later ones like 2021 and later. Also ones that say in the description Precombine and Previs Rebuilt. Back in the early days of FO4 people did not know a lot about breaking Precombines, myself included. Now you hear about it all the time. I hate flickering walls and building floors or walls that have disappeared. See if they are available in ba2 files instead of loose. Aurelianis has a lot of player home/settlement mods and the latest is an AIO. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/search/ VilanceD is another. Also has an AIO version. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/search/ You probably know this, but if you click on Requirements under the Description tab of a Mod of interest, you can see if there are any associated mods. There may be another fix or patch for the mod you are interested in using.
