Weard Grass Bugg with NGSO

Hello,

how to fix this grass bugg?

I tried several different ways to fix it. like making sure that non ENB versions of Lux, Via, Orbis and Mari's Flora is installed. And I tried to disable everything that could be possible ENB connected.

my loadorder:

I downloaded the next gen skyrim overhaul over wabbajack and didnt add any heavy Mod (only more gold, footprints and 3BA  and some more. I tried to disable the ENB and use lux only for more performance. I tried to disable any mod that could cause a problem. but no succes. with ENB enabled, so with the normal NGSO-modpack, the bug is gone. I delete the d3dx... using non ENB.

Missing texture, but, not sure it's actually the grass, or a ground texture.....

well I tried everthing now. renewed the grassCache and all the LODs. still no solution
