503 err when downloading

Okay so I'm setting up wither 3 mods and once I finally get to download what I want (friendly HUD) nexusmods stops downloading. 

I refreshed, reset cache... nothing.

I found this thread about it and the thing is I didn't have ghostery.

I use brave so I turned off brave shields, didn't download.

I tried it microsoft edge and it still won't download.

I then tried installing ghostery and the fix and in a desperate move.

so yeah the heck lol

Каждый раз когда я хочу загрузить файл к примеру вортекс у меня когда оно должно качать файл пишет ошибка 503 либо крашит и пишет проверьте интернет, пробовал перезагрузить комп все бестолку, помогите пожалуйста

There was an issue with the Prague CDN server that has been resolved.
