Marvel Rivals Question - Keybinds and Keyboard Settings Transfer

Have any of you learned how to transfer keybinds and keyboard settings between accounts by chance?

Specifically, I'm not on Steam, I'm on Epic. I've got 2 accounts but copying the MarvelUserSetting.ini from my primary UID's folder to my 2nd account's folder doesn't appear to work.

I can't seem to find the correct file to snag up the rest of the settings, but everything I've read online seems to imply none of the character settings are stored server-side; it should all be client-side.
