Glitchfinder Posted March 23 Share Posted March 23 Dialogue and songs played over the radio do not typically display subtitles. The songs don't actually have any subtitles to display, and the NPC dialogue (such as the Minutemen announcer on Radio Freedom) usually only displays when you are within a certain distance of the NPC who is speaking.
