Would love a way to go back to the old UI, even if it never gets updated with new features.

For real, for the love of God let us go back to the old UI. At least give us the option because the new UI is just terrible. I can't even see what mod category a mod is in anymore which is a HUGE downside. For example, you see a mod thumbnail with a custom character wearing custom armor, now you won't know if it's a mod adding said character as a follower or the armor until you click on it as far as the main page for games goes. Plus so much space is just straight up wasted now.

Well, always needs some time to familiarise with a new UI, all in all I like the new one.

Though some remarks:

It was more clear to identify available updates for already downloaded mods with the label in orange, I missed some of them with the new white label.

When clicking the "View more mods" button, whould be nice to get on page 2, avoiding to scroll again to the bottom to get next page (2)

Would also be welcome to be able to deactivate Trending Mods and Popular Collections banners in the site preferences

Too big "trending mod" tiles with less numbered displayed is quite less effective, and force to scroll down when it was not forcibly necessary with the old Ui

I heard many people have problem with eye fatigue

Maybe the pitch black background creates a too strong contrast, a more clear (like a dark blue) color option would reduce that effect.

  • Clearer section names to reduce confusion.
  • Removed redundant “Trending” tab in the lower section — it's already a large section on the homepage and accessible via its own link.
  • Top can be sorted by recent (last X days), making a separate “Trending” tab unnecessary.
  • “Tracked” is now a filter — no more sorting through every mod ever with Updated. Use “Tracked” to view updates from your download history, making tracking actually useful.
  • The bottom 4 mods in the Trending section now scroll dynamically in three groups — keeps the page from feeling static.
  • Increased mod grid from 4 to 5 mods per row — better use of screen space.
  • Dark mode UI with improved contrast and reduced visual clutter.
  • Flattened header/nav bar for cleaner navigation, moving the stats with them.
  • Removed the unnecessary double links everywhere that are right next to each other.
  • I'm not sure if the game's name is super necessary, but I thought it looked cleaner without it. Plus, your tab already says the name. It can easily be added. You can also use an icon because people aren't dumb!
  • More space for showing off mods, there isn't more useless space than mods without feeling cramped.
  • Collections and media are given a space to have trending, but shouldn't be the default.
  • The three "View-all"s are removed since you can Oldone.thumb.png.d312b4a2e835c83511f0820518ca66dc.pngNexusRework.thumb.png.2fb91abf325868f3e6abc8f3d2fe7628.pngclick the name.

Really awful, this "new" design. It's counterintuitive and makes you add a bunch of needless clicks to even remotely get to sorting like you used to. The overwhelmingly bland "sameness" of it with the gargantuan panels for everything and total lack of meta information until you're even on a mod page already is just so bad.

Really, really, really crappy design. Not tested, not vetted, and not wanted.

I don't like the new ui changes, i don't care about images or videos when i search for mods. please, an option to use the old ui would be nice, and let the people who like the new ui keep what they like too.
