neotins Posted May 26 Posted May 26 (edited) You'll need to find your MO2 Instances folder. You should be able to see where yours is on the MO2 settings screen (see attached screenshot). Once you locate that, follow my previous post and you should be good to go. Edited May 26 by neotins 1
scathtroy2147 Posted May 28 Author Posted May 28 If install all three into one folder, zip, then install with mo2 + checkbox. If I open the mods virtual folder, click on it directly. Creationkit will run, but no data files appear. If I add it to the menu, any combination will error if you hit the menu button. ??
scathtroy2147 Posted May 31 Author Posted May 31 Been doing some research. It looks like a file permissions issue. Either an anti-virus or windows permissions. Something is blocking ck extended from renaming a file.
scathtroy2147 Posted June 1 Author Posted June 1 (edited) I tried running MO2 as administrator. Nope, no effect same rename error when launched with the menu. If anyone can contact the mo2 team, let me know. Edited June 4 by scathtroy2147
neotins Posted June 28 Posted June 28 Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried moving your "Base Directory" (in Settings) out of the "AppData" folder, perhaps to a secondary drive? Mine's in "G:\MO2\instances\Skyrim\", for example. I'm pretty sure you don't even need to do anything special. Just cut/paste whatever's currently there, and make sure to update the "Base Directory" in Settings to reflect the new location. Probably worth a shot.
scathtroy2147 Posted July 20 Author Posted July 20 I understand, later. Right now, I'm building my first mod. Thanks...
