Speaking as someone who looks forward to the progress of AI, that film clip shows how far AI still is from being viable in an open world, story based, immersive RPG like Skyrim.

Here are a few limitations I noted in the film:

1. It relied on music to set the mood

2. It looked like a bunch of static images given 4-second clips of pseudo-animation without actual life to each of the mobiles

3. There was no actual continuity

4. The camera was static

5. There was no third person player character avatar guiding the exploration

In short, that film was still more like screen archery than a PC game. This said, it's a good start.
