Help with creating a Body for only my Male Dragonborn to use in BodySlide

Ok, so for storytelling purposes I've been trying to create an androgynous body in BodySlide to be used ONLY for my character. I know BodySlide saves the created bodies to be used by NPC's but I actually want only my character to use the one I created. Looking around I found that with OBody you can load presets in game, my problem is that apparently I did something wrong trying to figure it out cause after selecting the preset I created, the muscles are ABNORMALLY huge. I think it has to do with the fact that I created a HIMBO malebody nif for every male character in game and once the preset is loaded it just combines the two. I apologize in advance, this is my first time trying this out and no matter how many videos I watched I just can't get it right, I really could use some help. I wanted to upload images but total size is 500 kB and the screenshot I took to show how the bodies look in game is beyond that size. 

But the screenshots from BodySlide do work. This is the preset I created for the whole male population to use, I edited Low and High Weight accordingly.

 

And this is the body I want my Dragonborn to use, ONLY him.

I don't use OBody, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to build all bodies to zero sliders in BodySlide if you use OBody. Maybe I misread what you said, but it sounds like maybe you didn't do that?
