Error at Fallout 3

I am using Vortex 1.13.7

When I try to install the ''Weapon Enhancement Pack - Full Iron Sight Plus Support and UV tweaks'' mod I am recieving this message. It says that esp files are missing. But I couldn't find when I try to search those mods. Where are they?

Those are plugins that the mod requires. Go back to the mod page and see what the required mods are. It is built into the plugin file that those other two plugins are required (because it patches parameters found in those plugins).

There are no files such as plugins in the directory. And at the site too.

Its patch is mastered to Weapon Enhancement Pack (plus vanilla uniques in optional files).
