Cant use Vortex because of a missing harddrive which is now lost

I absolutely dont know how to fix this issue, I've tried adding D drive which I cannot with another newly partitioned drive, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've uninstalled and searched files labled Vortex and deleted all files that wouldn't currupt my system.  I dont know how to fix this problem and I can't mod without vortex.  I need help please!

Find the Tools on your Dashboard tab and remove the assigned SSEEdit.exe link.
