How to delete spells

I downloaded 3 different delete spell mods and none of them work, I have OBSE, i enabled them in the game menu but none of them work, anyone else had this issue?

The surest way is to use the mod, FormID Finder to get the FormID for the spell, and then delete it with the console command:

player.removespell TypeFormidHere
