Collections Increase the character limit for collection changelogs

There is a significant limit on collection changelogs that seems to not be present elsewhere across the site, it's a restriction that makes little sense to me when making up a detailed an accessible changelog is a massive deal for users.
As it stands I'm looking at making my own wiki, or having to place my coming Patch #8 update changelog on the collection about page for DIQ. I like to keep all the mods hyperlinked for user accessibility, instructions specific to that update, removed/changed mods with the reasons for said changes, etc. etc. Just not enough characters to do it, they end up being way too concise and lacking in information.
