austinator3 Posted May 24 Author Posted May 24 Idk what to look for on LOOT forum response or what exactly it is. As far a changing my username I will. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and deleting the entire Vortex file has become my short time profession so I have no problem with that. I moved my mod folder location to a whole new folder under (C:). Didn't stop the error messages. I changed my username and restarted. No luck, only thing I know how to do is nuke everything and start over. Only problem is that it'll be my 5th time doing it and I feel like it's useless at this point but I'll try. What is LOOT forum response?
vortexposer Posted May 24 Posted May 24 (edited) This matches my local copy but is only band-aid solution as Vortex should verify integrity/regenerate new GitHub - loot/skyrimse at v0.21 - https://github.com/loot/skyrimse/archive/refs/heads/v0.21.zip Let me know if this copy suppresses sort/deployment error notif once added to masterlist folder. austinator3 Posted May 24 Author Posted May 24 No it did not:( and my user profile folder is still "a". I'm going to have to create a new administrator account to fix that. I cannot modify the name while signed into it apparently. Maybe I should try all this on a new administrator account anyways
vortexposer Posted May 24 Posted May 24 (edited) You swapped it out while closed/rebooted, etc? Apparently, windows shouldn't care about users name like that so don't worry too much about it Edited May 24 by vortexposer
vortexposer Posted May 24 Posted May 24 (edited) Rt click Vortex.exe/properties > compatibility Could also try using the Vortex 1.14.0-beta.2 Releases · Nexus-Mods/Vortex Edited May 24 by vortexposer
austinator3 Posted May 24 Author Posted May 24 Oh, I see, I have to manually select run as admin. Mine was just in a different place. No, I am not running as administrator.
