upload problem Edit Game Extension: Permissions Error 'ading your comment'

I'm trying to add new game

- press upload

- select mod

- fill different forms  at tabs: mod details / media / documentation

- fill tab 'Permissions'

- when i press 'Save' or 'Next' site throw error and doesn't go next page

What comment? there is no any input labeled 'Comment' at tab 'Permissions'

What I'm doing wrong?

This is a known issue, you will need to publish your mod before editing that tab.
