Here's a log where its only 2 NPC in the cell taken likely a few min before going to that place

Well, one thing I know for sure is that a mismatch between head mesh and its morphs is a guaranteed CTD.   But here, it is rather pointing at an issue with the shader, so more likely a texture issue.    Still, I would try reinstalling HP Head, as well as whatever textures you are using for Argonians.

Alright I think I found the culprit and it was none of the mods directly

Seems MO2 didn't warned me about exceeding the plugin limit and it made the game go bonker

ESLfied some had to use requiem light because it couldn't handle the 255 master limit, can switch between my old presets without crash anymore so far
