Nexus has the Best Skyrim Mods on Earth, but when i had a Acer Preditor Helios 500 that had 2 Hd drive C and D, C for Programs D not, also back in those day i had PS4 back when

Mods just to be allowed no mods with scrips and only 1GB, so i mod 100 of the most misserable mods from Bethesda Sonys rules, so i played them nearly no crashes, then i purchased

on my laptop 230GB C drive 1TB D drive, i used C Drive to mod and mods cobbled up nearly all C drive space well that works C drive programs.  Then i did watch tutoriels DynDOLOD

gee what a process that was, need to take out of programs so create new folder on C called C://Games that should do it then leave Skyrim SE in C programs, then one day my D drive

vanished not there, then how can i get more mod space ah my 5TB external 5" what about put Skyrim SE on that, i did that when i try launch i got a error no Steam Library, then what

about put steam on D drive then Launch Skyrim SE i got another error no that X64 X86 file missing well o well deleate all, go back to re install steam in C programs, then see website

after years of modding fail go to Snaffles and i rent a Gaming Laptop with i9 CPU, NVidia RTX 4080, 64Gigs DDR5 5200, 2TB SSD M.2, 1440P monitor, no D drive so only can install

Skyrim SE and all game to C program steam ect, cant be helped so all i can do practice install never play and deleate when problems, revolving door, so i am thinking Now when

PS5 pro can now use mods with scrips, and only 1GB. well i just every day new mods thank you SkYUI 5 like those then i clicked why PC never works ever ever for me, well Playstation

5 Pro do not use programs files so no more C drives Programs, well that would solve that issue well that would be perfect for DynDOLOD, Zedits, that requires a drive no progams,

and what does the the tutoriel GamerPoets say keep mods out of Programs and you know one thing Playstation 5 Pro has no C programs, well i can say for 1 thing PC moddiong

absolutly failed me, every day i launch Skyrim SE on my PS5 go into creations and cheque if Bethesda has increase mod compacity from 1GB to anything upto 10GB, well if i download

Wrymstooth 278MB then download say Graycowl 200MB then 478MB used thats half gone no then the rest be Horrible i wait for increase space.

I don't fully follow your story, Transwarp, but there's no cap on how many mods you can have running in Skyrim SE, so long as fewer than 250ish are full plugins and the rest are "light" plugins (ESL or ESL-flagged ESP). I have a bit under 1000 mods installed without problems.

Windows security requires that you have your mods installed in the drive where your game is installed. So, for instance, if you're using Nexus Mod Manager Community Edition to handle your mods (like I do), then just have the virtual cache, the mods, the mod folders and the game all installed in the same drive (which for me is the F drive).

If I wanted to move my Skyrim to the E drive, for instance, I'd need to make sure all the mod-related directories and caches also would be on the E drive where the game is.

Yep Plugin limits (and system limits) are the only wall you should run into. 255 lower register (regular plugins) and  a few thousand upper register (light/ESL)
