Cannot use Vortex at all due to a ".NET Desktop Runtime 6" issue

Greetings everyone, I've been trying to install Vortex this morning yet every time I launch in Vortex, it gives me a message that goes along the lines that "vortex requires .net desktop runtime 6" even though it's already installed, even if I go press the fix button it does not do anything

I don't see file its complaining about in Vortex path on my end... so maybe you're installing out-of-date copy

Nor do I have .NET 6.0.6 in particular. Did it offer option to repair? If so, maybe reboot PC and check again
