The warning was given for the following reason: Your image, "No Title" has been removed. This image was of explicit sexual content (masturbation) which is not permitted in the general imageshare of this site. Our Terms of Service rules on this are very clear: No suggestive contentImages that suggest sexual activity (not including kissing) are not permitted even if the characters are fully clothed or if they are posed in such a way that the 'action' takes place outside the field of view but the sexual activity is clearly discernible. I suggest you review the rules for imageshare postings prior to posting any images again. For now you are blocked from uploading images for seven days.
