The post said "Nexus Mods Russia". As I know there is no russian Nexus Mods site. So I decided to click on the link and see whats what. The following site is copying the desing of the Nexus Mods, such as logo and other. I mean it's a clone of the Nexus Mods. Seems it was created not so long ago, due to lack of available downloads. I hope you will take all the necessary measures. Hope my information is helpfull and you understand what I wrote here. My english is not so good as I want it to be. Thank you for your time.
