Modding: That's a little vague, but I'd recommend Fallout Mod Manager (to manage your mods) and Fallout Script Extender (allows you to use several mods that need this). If you want to make mods, I'd recommend the G.E.C.K..
Monolithic0117 Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 my graphics card is an ATI Radeon X1250 I think you would be able to play on minimum settings, but you would still probably get terrible FPS. 10-20 range or so, perhaps lower.
