If Madeleine McCann where your daughter?

I saw a news item a few months back where the English were looking at 3 persons of interest in the disappearance of the little girl and I was wondering something.

 

If you lost a daughter and then found her 10 years later in the arms of a loving family. The parents had not knowingly gotten her illegally and had loved her as their own. The girls had bonded well with the family and she was not in any way needing for anything, would you forcably take her back, knowing that this had been the only family she had known and would effectively make her and these others parents go through the horror of loosing a acknowledged family member, just to have her back with you?
