Unable to use Armor Table, Grind Wheel, or Tanning Rack

I'm not quite sure if its some type of mod conflict or what, but every time I attempt to use an armor table, grind wheel, or tanning rack, my character will automatically stop using it without me pressing any keys or moving away from it or anything. My characters will just stop using it as if I told them to stop. I'm able to use the smithing forge just fine, though if I try to do anything involving upgrades... it just doesn't work. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

 

Edit: It also does this with enchanting and alchemy tables.

I have the same thing every once in a while. The only thing that would work for me is to resort to a previous save.

I tried that as well, though I'm afraid I don't have as much luck, doesn't work for me :(
