if not , i'd really want to see it in-game (at least the mesh , i can do the uv-map , weightpaint , texturing myself :) )

The coat and boots look similar to the ones in this mod. A retex of the ingame laced leather pants, arena gloves and one of the shirts would complete it.. The face would require a new race, but the texture shouldn't be too hard.
