I hope I am not necro-ing the thread too much. I wanted to suggest the same thing, as it would be a bit creepy [and maybe rude too] to send friend requests to users you've never exchanged words with.

I used Nvidia Inspector too, and it did set my framerate limit to 30; SKSE didn't change that; perhaps the 3 programs don't get along with each other?

Drag the actor in the worldspace/cell editor; once you double-click on it you'll see options like initially disabled, starts dead etc.

If you have a control panel for your video card settings with multiple profiles for games, change the settings for skyrim back to default. for nVidia it looks like this : http://nvidia.custhelp.com/rnt/rnw/img/enduser/aid_2615_3.jpg the AA settings, if I remember well, refer to Anti-alias and can be enabled/disabled in the skyrim launcher>options.

There were functions for adding/removing/changing AI packages; since the player is controlled by AI in helgen, you could try adding an attack everything on sight package; Also, I am pretty sure you'll have to set an AI Class like cssoldier,csmelee.
