Locational Damage

So all the moves and move books are called M:(something), but after my ini's load, specificly screen effects and sumpreme magicka, I get an accented 's' added to the beginning of the moves name, and sometimes more than one. I tried reordering the mods so it was last, and I still got the same behavior.

 

Any ideas folks?

 

ps - and since this is posted anyway, anyone happen to know what mod pack contains the "thin leather" armor sets?
