At my wits end don't know what I did wrong game crashing on load u

Hello all you lovely people out there I have a problem and I would like your help! Every time I start the game it works until it gets to the main screen (the one with an NCR ranger brandishing a revolver) but there is not text on the screen and then the game crashes and an error message saying "Missing Master! Check mod load order" I’m at my wits end I have tried everything I know how to do so If any of you would be willing to help I would greatly appreciate it!

run FNVEdit, allow it to tell you what is missing, it will show up as an error on the right hand side of the window.

• EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp Active <<<<See Above

You have the DLC's and the EVE FNV - ALL DLC loading. The NO DLC is for anyone that does not have them.
