Georgh's GECK Goofery (WIP thread, lol)

I'm going to lump all of my shitty newbie-ish super-WEPON custom stuff into one thread, considering i've made 4 weapons and 2 are actually far enough along to show off. I just started usign GECK for the hell of it and wow, this is easy to use compared to some of the other editors i've dealt with.

 

First, John Stalvern's Palsma Rifle from Doom: Repercussions of Evil:

 

 

This one's not grossly overpowered. I've been tweaking accuracy and damage to make this weapon somewhat balanced in terms of energy weapons. It even runs off of Electron Charge Packs (though that was changed after I recorded the video).

 

And then, there's the obligitory newbie's god weapon, but this is more or less rooted in the legendary Doom Comic.

 

 

I had originally planned to tyson a bunch of Super Mutants so I could say something along the lines of "YOU ARE HUGE! THAT MEANS YOU HAVE HUGE GUTS!" to reinforce the tie-in with the Doom comic.

 

Anyway, crits welcome, blah blah. Too tired to write anything else at the moment.

I might even create a head-crippling SMG that is simply called "WEPON", a homage to Half-Life: Full Life Consequences.

AND THEN JOHN FREEMAN DROVE REAL FAST AND DID BACKFLIP!

 

Do it. And make it shout out "bang bang bang" when it fires. :P
