BababooeyHTJ Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 I have that odd "stutter" if thats what you want to call it that has been reported tons of times. Anyways if I set iFPSClamp to 60 in Fallout.ini it runs like a charm. I am trying to get that FPS limiter to cap my framerate at 40fps and it dosen't seem to work. I have tried linking it to FOSE and Fallout.exe and the batch file will launch the game but it dosen't do anything. My framerate stays the same. Am I doing something wrong? I am on 1.6 btw.
