A Mod Related Issue? Not sure.

Hi guys! This is actually the first time I believe I've posted here (and not in a comments thread). I apologize sincerely if this is in the wrong section, I understand completely if it has to moved! I posted this first at the Bethsoft Forums, where I have not been in a long time...and clearly, no one was interested in helping or didn't know what to say. So I'm trying here.

 

So, I got back into New Vegas recently, and installed some newer mods to enhance my experience. Mostly this involved installing the FOOK-PN convergence (all stages). I also installed FCO, Caesar's New Legion, and a few others. Mostly this has been going well, with little to no issues as far as bugs are concerned. However, I just got to Fortification Hill, and a weird bug that I've never seen nor have I heard of before has occurred.

 

Caesar's extinct.

 

He's gone, invisible, I don't know. I waited and waited in his tent for him show up, and he never did )and I'm not aware that he is supposed to leave at all anyway). I opened the console and attempted to summon him using the player.placeatme command, and, well, I kind of got him.

 

He's invisible, first off. You can't see him. But when you scan around your feet, a dialogue prompt appears and if you talk to him, he speaks normally. Thing is, he's invisible. Not only that, I cannot select him in the console. I'd show you a screenshot, but the forum isn't letting me for some reason. I don't know what kind of error this is. I've never seen it before. I deactivated the mods I thought affected the Legion (like CNR, which I mentioned above), but I didn't get any difference in results. Has anyone ever seen this before?
