ghosu Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 (edited) In fact you can use any 3D program that can export the mesh as a common file format - like .obj or .3ds Body parts need skinning, like armor or clothing - to move/moprh with the characters skeleton, so you need a 3D program that supports .nif files - like Blender or 3DsMax with the fitting nif plugin. Then you can import your head mesh, skin it (there are tutorials in the mod talk sticky section and youtube) and import it to the game using NifSkope and Creation Kit.
