Nope...and if anyone manages to do so..it won't be available around here unless modding is approved by Microsoft.

(Don't count on it.) There are sufficient reason for them not to do so...

Cannot be allowed, maybe ever. Because Oblivion is one of the few games that are moddable, if Microsoft let that happen for a SINGLE game. That can't happen. Except if there are so many games that are moddable, that can happen.

Anyway, DLC can be downloaded, why Bethesda don't convert all the mods into DLCs. That's a good reason.

First, the Xbox version of the game is quite a bit different than the PC version in that different priorities are used for various components of the game. A player mod converted to Xbox would likely not play the same, or create conflicts that cannot be resolved due to how the game is being run mostly from the disc.

Second, there are probably some hardware limitations which would prove problematic for Xbox users, specifically in regard to RAM and storage space since downloaded content is stored locally, and additional datafiles, or even new worldspaces can add quite alot to file size.

Third, it would screw up the achievements system used for LIVE games. Part of why other games which are moddable on PC (quite alot of them) are not moddable on Xbox.

Forth, legal and liability reasons. Although Bethsoft technically owns the rights to any .esp that is made, they are not liable for any damage which might result from their use, and cannot spend the resources to verify the safety of any mod. But by releasing any converted mod on Xbox, they become liable, essentially accepting the responsibility for any content which is contained in that mod, and making it work. In short, opening them for quite alot of potential lawsuits.

Fifth, reason. Bethsoft simply has no reason to even consider asking modders if it would be alright to convert their mods for download through LIVE, even if those downloads were free (few modders would agree to it being something that people pay for, while they are not getting any share of the sales (although Bethsoft owns the rights to the .esp, all hell would likely break loose if they even tried it)). By leaving mods to being PC only, they essentially force people to buy multiple versions of the same game (and in some cases DLC) just to play it on both systems. So they would gain nothing from converting mods for use on Xbox.
