smiity935 Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 I have played fallout NV for a long time just recently got it on pc. and loving the mods and for some reason I CTD and it will say out of memory. and with the XRE cars mod when I try a car from anywhere it will say that "this car is not registred". and click ok to continue thing is I have a lot of mods over 130 I thing mostly guns wether effects and stuff. so if someone can help that would be great I will also upload my load order Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
camaro_69_327 Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 (edited) EVE's readme is not all that clear on what needs to load, but if you look at the ESP names you can tell what to load and what not to load. you have the DLC's and you have GRA (Gun Runners Arsenal) so don't load mods that say NO. You DO have the DLC's so all you need is>>>EVE - ALL DLC.esp The other 2 are for people that do not have the DLC's. As i have not installed that mod (cars) I will have to download it and give the Readme a look, now i am curious.......cause i find it hard to believe you need over 15 esp's for one mod?? YOu do have NVSE loading?? Get and install BOSS , use it to sort your mods. once BOSS has sorted them, read what BOSS has to say, then you can post a, readable, clickable, copy -n-paste able Load Order.Cant highlight a line and say, nope don't need that . What are your System specs... If you have installed a bunch of Texture mods, with all these mods and don't have 4 cores, more then 4 GB RAM a x64 OS , 2 GB GPU...good luck. :smile: Edit: I found this explination of it in the Posts section of the Add ons for Cars....this is going to be a fun one to get fully funtional.. Ok, for starters I don't know of any issues with rts, have had people using it with no problems alongside my mod, I however haven't used it, next, you need xre cars installed to use any of my mods, however if you're using either my full replacer or my petrol recipe replacer enable it instead of the xre cars esp in the mod manager (don't uninstall it, simply uncheck it in the load order and move mine to the bottom). Next, if using my full replacer install all of my current models and uncheck them in the load order (the replacer requires their resources but not the associated esp), they are all located at the medical clinic. For either the original or the petrol replacer install any of my models you want, then uncheck them in the mod manager all exept the main file (xre cars or petrol replacer). Load up the game, none of my models should be in the game world. Purchase one of the stock vehicles and make sure the mod is working. Save and exit. In the mod manager check the top esp for my car models...in other words if your load order isXre GoliathXre army brattHummerHummer 2Xre cars (or petrol replacer)You would enable Goliath in your load order, start the game, hop in Goliath, get out, save, exit game. In mod manager enable next car (in this example army bratt) load your game, go to the army bratt, get in, get out, save, exit game. Load next (hummer) find, get in, get out, save, exit game. Load next (hummer 2) find, get in, get out, save, exit game ect...load order of my models isn't important, but cars only registers the last one on the list, so this tedious procedure is required for each car unfortunately. The process is the same for every model I have or will produce. Hope this helps, I don't know how to explain it better without showing you in person, the key is only the lowest cars addon esp gets registered, and you have to make sure it is registered in game. Easiest way is if you approach one of my cars and it's not registered simply save beside it, move that models esp to just before (or after if before doesn't work) the main cars esp (or petrol recipes replacer if you're using that) . Yes , sorry i should have given a link but i see you figured it out...BOSS (if you put that in Spoiler tags its neater) Ahhh...a Laptop, you didn't say that. :smile: That depends on if you just have integrated Graphics, or a real GPU ? But you should be good. RED line>>I wont type this out in red as it hurts my eyes...lol.. Red triangles would be you are missing meshes from one of your Mods.Missing Meshes = Red TrianglesMissing Textures = Pink/Purple stuffArchive invalidate = Wrong textures / Changing textures I found most of this out the hard way... I thought i had a perfect Load out of my 118 mods , till one day I put weapon mod on my Gun, it turned into a huge Red triangle, turned out I was missing someof the meshes for the "Weapon Mods Expanded" mod. Fix that, and a few days later i enter a building and CASS ( gal sitting at the bar) has a Purple face, (this was tougher to track down) I found out that i was missing half of the Files (textures) from the Mod "NV redesigned II". Both were because I didn't pay attention when WryeFlashNV spit out an Error when I extracted the 2 mods. Colors was easier to answer things from your post... :smile:Notice how different your load order is now? BOSS is great, Are you still crashing?
