Mods to make NPC's look better?

Recently I started looking into aesthetics mods for Skyrim, and two big ones were recommended (CLimates Of Tamriel and Tamriel Reloaded). Now, between these the world at large looks pretty fantastic, but....another problem emerged. If we take Whiterun for example, it has a nice depth of color to it, and a bit more vibrant than vanilla Skyrim. THe problem is, all of the NPCs look pretty much droll and colorless next to it.

In short: Are there any mods to make my NPCs look a little more lively and vibrant?

Yes. There's a half ton of mods that will do that. From clothing texture replacers to hair replacers to face remodels. There are so many in fact I won't list them all here, instead I suggest you return to the category section and look for anything that replaces clothing textures or deals with NPC's.

Uhh...thanks, I guess...Seems to be no point in asking for any form of opinion on this site, is there? Every time I've poste,d it's always "Just browse the forums". Never any personal opinions.

That's because you didn't ask for a personal opinion. You simply asked whether there are any mods which make NPC's look better. Even a simple "Yes" would have sufficed as an answer.

He's right though, you really are better off searching yourself. Everyone has a different opinion on what they think looks nice. Especially where NPC's are concerned.

But since you're obviously looking for personal opinions, here are some mods which I use:

Better females: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2812/?

Better males: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2488/?

Ethereal Elves overhaul: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24273/?

Companions Guild: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22524/?

Friends of the Dovahkiin: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27247/?

The Hirelings: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22616/?

Okay, that's fair. I suppose I should've foreseen that coming.

I appreciate the list you posted, I'll be looking in to those more when I have a bit more time. Do any of these affect the clothes of the NPC's at all? (I jsut realized I didn't add that little part to my original posting.)

Hmmm I seem to recall that Companions Guild mod also gives all companions the wolf armor, but not sure. For the rest it's just facial and body changes.

No idea about any mods that do change a lot of NPC clothes though. There are a lot of mods that change the appearance of many vanilla clothes and armors though.

Cabal120, for example has quite a few of such mods: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/users/571605/?tb=mods&pUp=1

Appreciate it, I'll look into these probably tomorrow when I have a tad more time. Thanks a bunch for the help!
