Do any of these mods disable Steam achievements?

I just got Fallout New Vegas on Steam. I know mods aren't supposed to have an effect on achievements, but for some reason, they seem to be causing problems for me. I started a new game and noticed I wasn't getting the achievement for completing "Ain't That A Kick In The Head." I restarted and completed the quest three times, but I wasn't getting the achievement.

 

Then, I disabled all of my mods and restarted again. The achievements popped that time, which leads me to believe one of the mods are causing the achievements to become disabled. I wasn't using the console, either. I made sure of that. Anyways, here's the load order.

I would have no clue what mod if any was causing this, But since i am at 104 hours into the game and I still get achievments and am running with 118 mods i can defiantly narrow your search. gonna copy your mod list ...remove the mods i run and post back what is left, done:

After doing some searching, I found one person who had trouble with the CAGE mod. I'm going to test it out when I get to the point where I have to recruit Ed-E.
