Looking for a Staff Mod

Hi guys.

 

I remember reading a mod on this site, which I can't for the life of me, remember it's name or where I found it that somewhat overhauled the way staves worked..

 

I'm looking for something makes using staves a legitimate option for a Mage in that using them, also generates experience for a particular school of magic..

 

Anyone know of such a thing? Or something similar, I would be greatly appreciative.
