i'm running realvision enb 2.79, now it probably took me 3 time to get it just right with installing everything, and had done everything from a pure scratch run installs from skyrim to patches and dlc' but I know in the realvision setup it has a check box if you want letterbox screen or not , if you want to remove the letterbox, you may have to reinstall the enb and uncheck the letterbox option.

For Realvision ENB, go to optional files in the download section, there is a file called "optional letterbox effect disabled". Download and copy that to where your ENB is installed and replace your current "enbeffect.fx" file.

If you feel comfortable editing files, got your ENB, open the "enbeffect.fx" file with Notepad or Notepad++. Search for (should be around the top of the file):

 

#define USE_LETTERBOX_EFFECT 1 
#define fLetterboxOffset  7.8 

and change them to:

// #define USE_LETTERBOX_EFFECT 1
// #define fLetterboxOffset  7.8 

This will disable the black bars.

I know no one really read this fourm but i have the black boarders on my ENB injector. Ive tryed everything and yes both boreder option on ENBlocal are off. ive pull my hair here cause i get a black box on the top of my screen and i had it since i installed and set up my injector. and Real Vision. Im about to think Enb are not worth this bullshit.
