JoKelly
as part of the personal mod I am working on, I am altering an existing cell for the merchant town I am setting up in Spring Hill ranch. The problem I have run into is altering the water. I have tried every thing that six hours of searching has turned up and I still cant not select or alter the water. I should add that there is no placeable water icon in the cell list thanks for any help you can offer. Edited February 9, 2014 by JoKelly
TrickyVein
The water type is defined in the worldspaces dialogue for exterior cells. Since you probably don't want to change the water type for everywhere else in the Mojave Wasteland, you can add your own placeable water. Placeable water doesn't have editor markers, so it's fussy to handle but you're better off using this instead of altering the water properties for the worldspace. TrickyVein
It shouldn't, as long as the placeable water is above the water level. An example of how this is done is around Camp Forlorn Hope. Additionally, it is possible to change the water level of an individual cell - but not its type - if you open up the cell properties. So that you can avoid running into the issue above.
