Rendalli
the reason im wondering this is i am trying to sift thru my mods cause one of them changed a bunch of cell names to spanish and it takes so long for the geck to load 1 esp file cause i needs the fallout esm. Cipscis
FO3Edit is a good editing tool for things like cleaning a data file. It still loads masters like Fallou3.esm, but much faster than the GECK does. FOMM also has a plugin editor that will allow you to open a data file without opening its masters, so loading is very quick. I personally find it difficult to work with, however. Cipscis ive tried those but they dont quite do what i need. i mainly want to check the items modified by said esp so i dont have to hunt for a mod that conflicts out of my load order. like a mod i got ended up changing a bunch of cell names in my game to spanish. and i have to search thru and find which mod did it. gonna take forever. Warll
With FO3EDIT you can load multiple mods at once, then you need to expand the each mod's list to see if they make changes to the cell names. Once you find the offender you can fix it by deleting the changes. Oh and yes this is how you have to do it.

FO3Edit would be one to choose since you can Load your modlist & find the offending mod & fix it quickly if you so wish
