Danni293
I don't remember when exactly I bought the premium membership, I think maybe it was last semester, but I remember there weren't any pricing options specifically for premium. There were different types of memberships I could buy but nothing specifically for premium. So when I bought it there was nothing that said anything about a time limit, I thought it was a one time payment for life and I thought it was a great deal, I really liked Nexus for that. But today my downloads are really slow if I can even manage a download at all. The mod manager doesn't seem to connect to the servers to download anything and so I went to try and download manually, but when I did it wouldn't let me on the premium servers, it said I needed to buy premium and now I see that there are different plans ranging from 1 month to life. Has it always been like that? Because there was nothing like that when I bought it the first time. I feel as if I've been gypped out of my premium membership from this change! I understand it was no ones intention but I still feel cheated. I'd really like some closure on this, maybe I missed something when buying it, but I thought I was thorough in reading it because I didn't see anything about a time limit on my purchase. Edit: Also I'm not sure if it's because of my first purchase but I still have the premium tag for my profile. Does that remain regardless or is there just some error going on. Also, the little smiley face in NMM isn't appearing, the one that links to the purchase page for premium.
UhuruNUru
It is if you get lifetime premium you can by time limited premium as well My Lifetime has downgraded to supporter and obviously others haveI sent a support ticket before coming here but it is 3 AM here in UKso may take a while to get fixedsomething obviously broke with premium system but you can still use free downloads until its fixed. No if it worked right you should downgrade to supporter as I have even though I should still be premium thats what happens to time limited premium accounts Edited February 9, 2014 by UhuruNUru
Danni293
It seems like it's fixed for me. I have access to premium servers and NMM is downloading again. But now I'm worried about how much premium I actually have. Where do I go to check this if I can?

Danni293
Well that's the thing, I don't know if I paid for lifetime or not. Especially since there seem to be more plans now than when I bought it. I guess I'll just have to wait and see, but at the very least I have a little under a year, that much I know. Good luck with yours. Hope it all gets sorted out.
UhuruNUru
how much did you pay my Lifetime was about £47.99 about $70 also about 1 year ago 22nd Feb so that may be a clue to the downgrade as you can buy 1 years worth.Thats definately lifetime cost then as I sent my paypal receipt with ticket. So if you paid about same you've got it. Just an update to say I've got Premium back Edited February 9, 2014 by UhuruNUru
DrakeTheDragon
You can read up your Premium status as well as 'days left' in every one of your User Areas on the file sites.Of course provided the system is currently working alright and doesn't need fixing first. Don't exactly know what it'll say for Lifetime members though, but I'm pretty sure it will communicate this to you in one way or another as well. bben46
There has been a bug recently where some premium members have been showing up as no longer premium. It seems to come and go, logging off and back on may clear it up. You may also try clearing your browser cache. There was a fix uploaded this morning ( Feb 9) - Please let us know if it is still happening to you.
