Steam Punk Pipboy

Could someone try to make a new version of the pipboy that is steam-punk style?

Personally i love the tesla armor, and the look of cogs and gears in general. I think a steam-punk themed pipboy would fit fit perfectly into fallout lore. (Plus it looks freakin cool!)

Could anyone who's decent at modding take a look at these pictures and see if they could take a go at it?
