Skyrim crash at startup

Hey

I've run into a quite annoying problem...

When I try to start my skse_loader or the regular Skyrim.launcher; the game crashes before I get to the main menu.

I have come over this problem before, and could easily use BOSS or the TES5edit to find out which mod were causing the problem. This time however, even the TES5edit crashes. It starts loading all the mods but eventually it stops, and comes with the message:

"Out of memory"

I have 16GB ram installed, so I can't understand how I can run out of memory.

I will add the report as a attachment.

Please help me fix this issue.

-Lux

Edit: Solved now

In your Skyrim.ini look for iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes and modify it to iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=400000000. It will allow you to utilize 8gb of your RAM instead of the default(I think is 3GB or 2GB) If the crashes persist, then most likely you are missing a required plugin for a mod.

Use Wrye Bash to find out which mod is missing a required plugin(Standalone is recommended): http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1840/?

No, it does not. In fact you should not touch that particular setting at all.

OP: uninstall the mod associated with the plugin that causes the 'out of memory' error.

Ah, I found the error. It was with one of the mods I had recently installed, was hard not to know which mod it was though, but it works perfectly now.

Thanks for your very short replies.
