Foxxieboy
I would really like it if someone made a mod to add the Beam Katanas from NMH into this game. They're a kind of laser sword/lightsaber which are very powerful and usually end up killing people in horrible ways. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c391/Jonny2199/th_beam_katana.jpg Those are the first two. Blood Berry is the starter, has the lowest battery life, and lowest damage. Tsubaki Mark 1 has improved Battery Life and Damage, and is still one handed. http://thewiiremedia.revolutionreport.net/games/46/13747.jpg The Tsubaki Mark 2 is a Penta-Bladed (5 Bladed) two-handed powerhouse that deals devastating blows and has improved battery life over the Tsubaki Mk. 1. I haven't found any pictures of the Tsubaki Mk. 3, but the differences are that it has a single blade which is shaped similarly to an actual katana blade, it has no Receiver-emitter loop or Rod-assembly to cap the blade (Think lightsaber-ish), the blade is green in color, and the hilt is decorated lightly with golden highlights. I think the hardest part of this would be getting the Rod Assembly of the Blood Berry through Tsubaki Mark 2 to be animated correctly. The hardest of this would be Tsubaki Mk. 2's 5-blades and Pentagonally-oriented Receiver-Emitter array on the thicker rod. Also, there are videos of each of them on Youtube with varying quality if you need in-game examples. Thanks a bunch.
ZeonicGlory
All this on beam katanas, but no mention of Anti-Ship Swords? These are Anti-Ship Sword-like: http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5823

These are Anti-Ship Sword-like: http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5823Well, for one those "Swords" aren't at all sword-like. They're more like beam-hatchets or whatever. (This referring to the Kamikaze Laser Swords) And I KNOW these are markedly similar to Anti-Ship Swords from Gundam, but I don't necessarily want any Gundam parephernalia UNTIL someone can make good Mobile Suit/Gundam power armors, and even then only when they're made well. Not everyone knows of Gundam. Admittedly, I used to be a big fan up until I discovered that any of them aired in the U.S. are heavily censored and in general not worth watching unless you see the uncut Japanese with English Subtitles. I just figure beam-katanas would be more suitable for Fallout 3 up until a good Mobile Suit and Gundam power armor pack is made. Gundam weapons without Gundam armors seems a tad strange. Thanks, though, this probably needed a bump.
ZeonicGlory
I thought G was worth watching here, if only for the fact that the dub was manlier than sub. Tony the Wookie has been working on a Zaku II Power Armor helm, if you want to check it out. I'd love to eventually have a Schwert Gewehr and cut Behemoths in two. I've already rigged the laser rifles with classic beam rifle and mega particle cannon firing sounds.
evilneko
The only good thing about G Gundam was its corniness, which the dub only amplified. ;)

But only if I could have the Power-armor from the gundam that uses it to be honest. I'm kind of a crossover purist. I don't want humans using Mecha weapons and Mecha using Human weapons and such. Unless of course it's something like in Lost Planet where the guy can barely hold the thing, but somehow manages to spray a bucketload of shells into the enemies with it. Gundam/Mobile Suits are much too large for such a thing though. And sorry to get off topic, but there seem to be almost no good giant mecha games for PC anymore. Last good one we got was Armored Core: Master of Arena if memory serves, and that's from back in the PS1 era. We need a good giant mecha action/shooter game for PC. And now that No More Heroes 2 is coming out, there will be even more to do. I wonder if the Dual B. Katanas could be animated similarly to J.S. Black's Ghosts dual melee animations? Oh, and I've got some more Beam Katana ideas for any modder savvy enough to do them. Firstly, the Cross-sword. It's a unique Beam Katana much like the Tsubaki Mk. 3, however it is not decorated in gold highlights or a japanese Kanji character as the hand-guard between the grip and emitter, has a purple blade, and in place of the hilt-guard, has 4 mini-blades about the length of your hand from wrist to fingertips in a cross-pattern (Thus the name Cross-Sword).http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/nomoreheroes/images/e/e0/3728514662_b36a381903.jpg Next, is the beastly Orange2, which is a gigantic two-handed cleaver that's very large when extended, sort of has a soft half-moon shape, with the beam-blade on the outer curve of the blade. It resembles a short slightly curved suitcase when not extended, but when extended the handle is held which flips out the start of the blade section, which has other telescoping sections within it, which extends into the semi-halfmoon shape. The beam is orange.http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/nomoreheroes/images/c/cb/DeathMetal.jpg I hope these can be done. I hope the additional pics have helped some. Still can't find any of the Tsubaki Mk.3 though.
